      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and accountability to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule, managing contractual and legal issues effectively
      - Develop, track, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all phases, ensuring adherence to best practices in Behavioral Health and Acute care
      - Act as a liaison between various stakeholders including Acute/BH RVPs, CEOs, and the Design and Construction team
      - Issue monthly reports to senior leadership and relevant corporate entities
      - Seek continuous improvement through innovation and challenge existing assumptions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Design and Construction experience in an Acute or Behavioral Hospital setting
      - Strong leadership and project management skills overseeing design and construction projects
      - Demonstrated negotiating skills and strong interpersonal skills to lead vendors
      - Proven experience managing projects over $50M and maximizing team member effectiveness
      - Familiarity with local AHJs and applicable approval processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with transition planning and development in healthcare settings
      - Knowledge of code and permit requirements relevant to healthcare facilities
      - Previous experience in enhancing project outcomes through innovative practices
