      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and accountability over the design and construction team to ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule
      - Develop, track, update, forecast, and modify project schedules and budgets throughout all phases
      - Serve as a liaison between Acute/BH RVPs, CEOs, and the design and construction team, engaging in scope and budget development
      - Prepare and issue monthly reports to senior leadership and corporate entities regarding project status
      - Continuously seek innovative methods to improve project performance and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of Design and Construction experience in an Acute Hospital setting
      - Strong leadership skills and full-service project management experience overseeing design and construction
      - Exemplary management skills on projects over $50M, creating positive outcomes while ensuring accountability
      - Familiarity with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and applicable approval processes
      - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, along with strong interpersonal skills for vendor management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in transition planning and development within healthcare facilities
      - Knowledge of code and permit requirements relevant to healthcare construction projects
      - Proven negotiating skills that enhance project outcomes
