What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Data Expert for the Administrative Research Data Domain
- Recommend and implement project, process, and data solutions to meet team and external stakeholder needs
- Manage operational aspects of the data domain, including reporting, analytics, and data management
- Provide management and guidance to a Data Reporting Analyst
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders across the university

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related quantitative discipline, or bachelor's degree with relevant significant experience
- Prior experience leading small teams or managing projects and initiatives
- Experience in business process analysis, data analytics, or deployment of analytic techniques
- Practical experience with SQL queries, analytics, data manipulation, and relational database tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with confidential information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience in a similar operational and data quality control role
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, Java, or VBA with a focus on data processing
- Expertise in complex queries, analytics tools, and data visualizations
- Experience in statistical methods and trend analysis
