      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and implement the Ivy+ Mellon Leadership Fellows program, including mentor coordination and curriculum oversight
      - Design and facilitate multi-modal leadership development programs for faculty and administrators
      - Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including event materials and travel arrangements
      - Oversee marketing and communications for FAN initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms
      - Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of programs to ensure continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
      - 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant job discipline
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in higher education, adult development, or a related field
      - Experience working with underrepresented groups in higher education
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems, such as Canvas
      - Familiarity with project management applications and digital content creation tools
      - Demonstrated ability to implement diversity and inclusion programs in an academic setting
