      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and implement the Ivy+ Mellon Leadership Fellows program, ensuring mentor coordination and curriculum oversight
      - Manage logistics and operations for in-person and virtual events, including scheduling and resource allocation
      - Evaluate and report on the effectiveness and impact of FAN programs
      - Oversee marketing and communication activities for the Institute and FAN
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with consortium members and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
      - 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant job discipline
      - Proven ability to manage logistics and coordinate events effectively
      - Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
      - Experience with digital tools and platforms, including learning management systems

      - Advanced degree in higher education, adult development, or a related field
      - Experience working in a higher education setting
      - Familiarity with underrepresented groups and issues of diversity, inclusion, and equity
      - Proficiency in project management applications and digital editing tools
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior-level constituents
