What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and evaluate student employment programs to enhance career readiness
- Oversee the Federal Work-Study program and the Learn and Earn Advantage Program (LEAP)
- Consult with campus community on job postings, promotions, and student learning outcomes
- Generate resources and services to support student employment opportunities
- Participate in services and support strategic goals of the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field; or a bachelor's degree with significant work experience
- Considerable knowledge of career coaching or counseling practices for college students and diverse adult learners
- Understanding of event planning processes and career center programs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with employers at various levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Considerable prior experience providing career coaching for college students or adult clients
