What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute a comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategy in local markets
- Perform initial reviews of applications for domestic and international applicants
- Conduct bi-weekly in-person and monthly online information sessions for prospective graduate students
- Provide logistical support to special populations, including international students
- Organize and coordinate recruitment events, such as the annual Fall Open House

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant area of study
- Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position
- Strong skills in evaluating applicant credentials at the graduate level
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in higher education administration, preferably in admissions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a school of international affairs
- Knowledge of international student credentials and visa requirements
- Some experience with graphic/web design
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies in higher education
