      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals, fostering a high-performance team environment
      - Oversee IAM systems and tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Act as the subject matter expert on IAM, advising cross-functional teams on identity security risks
      - Manage project timelines and technical design for IAM initiatives
      - Identify and resolve technical IAM issues, coordinating with incident response teams as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in IAM
      - Minimum of 3 years in a management or lead role, demonstrating effective leadership of technical teams
      - Extensive knowledge of IAM technologies, including SSO, 2FA/MFA, and RBAC
      - Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or similar platforms
      - Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified, CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are highly desirable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Okta Identity Engine (OIE) experience preferred
      - Strong understanding of security standards like NIST and ISO 27001
      - Proven track record of leading IAM projects from inception through implementation
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic mindset for risk management
      - Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in IAM trends and best practices
