What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with key accounts on a regular basis
- Travel to locations for key account meetings and events as necessary
- Lead marketing events, including in-person seminars and webinars for training and recruiting
- Create new webinars and content to enhance training materials
- Manage agents/agencies to meet quotas related to contract levels and downline agents/production

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience writing insurance or managing an agency, or 3 years of employment with the employer
- Product experience/knowledge with a strong emphasis on Medicare and other senior products
- Public speaking skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting)
