What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively with key accounts on a regular basis
- Manage assigned key agencies and producers while providing training webinars and seminars
- Lead in-person seminars and webinars for agents/agencies focused on training and recruiting
- Create new webinars and content to improve available training materials
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite key account requests and deliver exceptional service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience writing insurance or managing an agency, or 3 years of employment with the employer
- Product experience/knowledge with a strong emphasis on Medicare and other senior products
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and comfortable with computers and the internet
- Strong public speaking skills and an outgoing personality
