      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, coordinate, implement, and participate in on- and off-campus admissions events, including virtual events
      - Oversee logistical planning of events, including vendor management and securing event locations
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event participation
      - Communicate effectively with prospective students and educational personnel through various channels
      - Counsel applicants and prospective students regarding admissions requirements and programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or recruitment, preferably in a higher education setting
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to travel for recruitment events, including evenings and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using CRM and student information systems
      - Familiarity with electronic marketing communications and social media strategies
      - Previous work in a university admissions office or similar environment
      - Established relationships with high schools and community colleges in assigned geographic areas
