      - Make up to an additional $625 per week through Mobile Crisis On-Call opportunities in eligible counties
      - Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment, available at hire
      - Earn $750 for every person referred who is hired and remains employed for 6 months

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise Adult Intensive Service departments, including Assertive Community Treatment Teams and Clubhouse
      - Complete and oversee treatment plans that reflect client needs and progress
      - Document client progress and supervise clinicians in accurate documentation practices
      - Provide individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy based on client needs
      - Coordinate with external stakeholders to enhance client care and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's degree required; degree in social services, psychology, or related mental health field preferred
      - Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in mental health or social services if degree is in a different field
      - At least six (6) college credit hours in abnormal psychology or related psychology classes preferred
      - Valid Indiana Driver's License and vehicle insurance as per Center policy
      - Current CPR and CPI certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with case management, skill building, and group therapy in a group home setting
      - Experience working with adults in Intensive Services with severe and chronic mental health needs
      - Leadership experience in a mental health or social services setting
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
      - Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Burmese for potential wage premiums
