      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead outreach, coordination, and technical assistance efforts related to coastal adaptation and resilience

      - Considerable knowledge of hazards and climate change impacts, including erosion and sea-level rise
      - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with academic faculty and community stakeholders
      - Skill in building partnerships, networking, and group facilitation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. in a related field such as environmental sciences or public policy
      - Documented experience in public engagement with historically marginalized communities
      - Working experience in areas such as climate resilience or disaster recovery
      - Familiarity with grant applications and successful grant management
