What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-person and virtual recruitment events to attract prospective students
- Develop and implement recruitment event promotion plans to enhance participation
- Review application materials and conduct interviews to assess candidates
- Manage the student ambassador program, including recruitment and training
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support diversity admissions efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in university admissions or corporate marketing/sales, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and develop relationships with prospective students and alumni
- Strong collaborative work style with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of and experience with Technolutions Slate
- Previous experience in graduate management education admissions or career development
