      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Mentor and develop hotel leadership teams, aligning them with company goals and fostering strong management practices
      - Analyze operational, financial, and service metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3+ years of hotel operations experience, with 1+ years in a leadership role
      - Proven success in managing multiple properties and driving operational improvements
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
      - Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis
      - Familiarity with franchise systems, brand standards, and operational tools
