What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead innovative title-marketing campaigns based on market data and consumer trends
- Manage title-marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and budgets to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with Publicity, Editorial, and Audience Development teams to implement cohesive campaigns
- Create launch plans and communicate them to authors and agents
- Present feedback and insights during key publishing group meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of experience in book marketing with strong presentation skills
- 5 years of experience managing influencer campaigns and content development
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with authors and agents
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online marketing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Management experience in marketing or related fields
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Interest in developing innovative marketing partnerships and campaigns
- Proven ability to set and meet goals under established timelines and budgets
