What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the CCU Academy Operations Coordinator and administrative assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee marketing efforts for CCU Academy and provide direction to the marketing team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent reporting and address data needs
- Implement processes and procedures for dual credit grades, transcripts, and registration
- Research and stay current with trends in dual enrollment and online learning to enhance program effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree required; education, business, or related field preferred
- Experience in secondary education (high school) or higher education
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Marketing or sales experience
- Familiarity with database systems and technologies used in higher and secondary education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Filebound, Colleague, and Adobe Pro
