What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Spearhead the planning and execution of publicity campaigns for assigned top-tier titles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and local media contacts
- Provide high-touch author care and maintain communication with authors and agents
- Collaborate with booksellers and retailers for author signings and events
- Write creative press materials and prepare authors for media interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience in public relations, with book publishing experience preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communication and pitching skills
- Existing relationships with mainstream and Christian media contacts
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
