What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management, actuarial, or data science
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to influence organizational goals and work with cross-functional teams
