- Leading a centre of excellence for strategic delivery, advice, and support on workforce planning and information matters
- Implementing effective workforce planning controls across the organisation for both substantive and temporary staff
- Providing dedicated senior support to the Chief People Officer for reports and information to the Trust's Remuneration and Appointments Committee
- Ensuring all aspects of workforce planning and information are focused on diversity and inclusiveness to assure accessibility and equality for all staff

- Masters or significant experience
- Evidence of continuous CPD
- MCIPD, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience of employee relations
- Up to date knowledge of the NHS strategic people agenda and people priorities and the Trust's strategy.
- Significant experience of working at a senior level in a HR or managerial role within a complex organisation
- Complex project management and change programme experience
- Able to take the strategic overview whilst giving due attention to detail
- Masters or significant experience
