What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the Special Programs team, including performance reviews and professional development planning
- Manage the onboarding and mentoring process for new hires on the Special Programs team
- Collaborate with the EA Business Office on program budgeting and decision-making
- Support the development and implementation of new programs as part of the Spartan Global Learning Initiative
- Represent the Associate Director in meetings and on projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in international studies, foreign language, area studies, communication, higher education administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years of related experience in international program administration and supervision
- Conversational proficiency in a foreign language
- Experience studying or working abroad
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in a language other than English
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad
