      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the undergraduate programs team, providing leadership and staff supervision
      - Provide academic advising services to undergraduate students, guiding them through course selection and program requirements
      - Lead the development and implementation of strategic communications for GWSB Undergraduate Programs
      - Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with records and privacy standards
      - Represent GWSB Undergraduate Advising on university-wide committees related to advising technology and student services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant professional experience
      - Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate academic policies clearly
      - Strong interpersonal skills with experience in public presentations
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or higher in a relevant area of study
      - Minimum of two years of experience in an academic setting with experience in evaluating student records
      - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement co-curricular programs
      - Experience in academic advising techniques and fostering engagement with diverse audiences
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
