What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise and recommendations on complex tax and accounting issues to advisors and clients
- Draft and deliver marketing materials and seminars for financial professionals and related stakeholders
- Maintain high levels of expertise in tax and legal matters relevant to financial planning
- Recommend and provide ongoing technical support for estate and business market software
- Participate in strategic planning for advanced solutions within the firm

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Law degree from an accredited law school and admittance to the bar in at least one state
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience (6 years for Director level)
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws related to tax and business insurance
- Understanding of qualified plans and product features
- FINRA Series 6 registration required or must be obtained within 18 months of employment
