What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the founder on all stages of film and video editing processes
- Create and deliver rough and final edits of documentary short films and promotional videos
- Organize and manage Premiere Pro project files and related media assets
- Implement edits and changes based on direct feedback and mentorship
- Conduct quality control on all outgoing film, video, and audio materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, or recent graduation within the last 10 years
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional NLE program
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to edit to music and rhythm
- Eagerness to learn and troubleshoot technical issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with uploading materials to platforms like YouTube and Vimeo
- Stellar writing and storytelling skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
