What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security procedures
- Process new employee security clearances and track investigations
- Provide security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training
- Ensure document control security and assist in facility reviews and inspections
- Oversee company's completion and retention of personnel security clearance records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- DSS-qualified FSO and 2 years' experience in security programs
- US Citizen
- Strong knowledge of DISS, e-QIP, SF86, DD 254, and NISPOM requirements
- Completion of required training programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing security on Army contracts or with linguists
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certifications such as CPSO, CSSO, ISP, SFPC, SAPPC, SPIPC
