What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal advice and services concerning the rights, obligations, risks, and privileges of the organization
- Protect the organization's rights in contract negotiations and support business teams in compliant product development
- Acquire deep knowledge of the industry and advise senior business leaders on specific business practices
- Specialize in areas such as transactional work, commercial law, contracts law, and health law
- Evaluate and determine appropriate legal actions to meet business unit needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctorate degree
- 10+ years of legal experience, particularly in financial services and health insurance or managed care
- Proven knowledge of U.S., state contract, financial services, and corporate healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience with regulatory agencies in the financial services and/or healthcare industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with bank/fintech partnerships
- Understanding of healthcare benefit coverage and medical policy development
