      Location Manager – Health & Wellness Focused

      We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and wellness-oriented leader to join our Massage Envy franchise as an Asst. Location Manager. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in the health and wellness industry, with experience in massage and skincare services and success in a performance-based membership model.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Sales Leadership in Health & Wellness:

      • Drive performance and revenue within a wellness-focused, membership-based business model.
      • Lead by example through active participation in membership and service sales.
      • Develop and execute strategies to grow memberships, enhance service utilization, and increase retail revenue.

      Team Development & Coaching:

      • Recruit, coach, and retain top talent with a passion for massage, skincare, and wellness.
      • Deliver ongoing coaching and training to boost individual and team performance in both sales and service delivery.
      • Create a culture of excellence, recognition, and accountability.

      Operational Excellence:

      • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring alignment with Massage Envy brand standards and franchise expectations.
      • Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance improvement plans.
      • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to drive productivity and client satisfaction.

      Exceptional Member Experience:

      • Ensure a high-quality client experience across massage, facial, and stretch services.
      • Respond effectively to member feedback and resolve concerns with care and urgency.
      • Cultivate a culture of hospitality and professionalism.

      Schedule Flexibility & Leadership Presence:

      • Maintain open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs.
      • Be an active presence on the floor, leading and supporting the team through peak times and challenges.

      Membership Growth & Retention:

      • Champion the membership model by educating clients on the benefits of ongoing wellness.
      • Develop strategies to boost member retention and encourage long-term relationships.
      • Support service providers in recommending wellness routines and home care products.

      Administrative & Tech Savvy:

      • Manage payroll, scheduling, and performance records accurately.
      • Proficient in Google Suite and operational tools used for reporting and daily oversight.

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or spa industry.
      • Experience with massage, skincare, or holistic services strongly preferred.
      • Demonstrated success in membership-based sales and client retention.
      • Skilled in team development, coaching, and performance management.
      • Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at using digital tools (Google Suite, POS systems).
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
