What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make real-time decisions regarding the allocation of time and resources to various projects
- Manage and assign team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Perform miscellaneous duties, including installing hitches and brake controllers
- Participate in ongoing education and training through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work various shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Familiarity with U-Haul products and services
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
