      Job Description


      To assist the Head of Department in the daily management of the Front Office department - leading all work of Front Office team members, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the department during shift while ensuring guest comfort and providing exceptional service at all times.

      As our next Front Office Assistant Manager, you will have:

      • A vibrant, and outgoing personality in order to engage with guests and ensure they have a memorable stay;
      • Proven leadership experience within a hotel environment;
      • In lieu of the Hotel Manager, responsible for the smooth service, operations and well-being of the team and guests utilizing your leadership skills to do so.
      • A team player - encouraging, training, empowering and developing your team to provide exceptional service.
      • An advocate for Accors Live Limitless loyalty program - being proactive in driving strong results with the team.

      Qualifications


      • The ability to operate autonomously in a high volume, fast-paced setting.
      • Strong administrative abilities and fluency in both written and spoken English.
      • Ability to work occasional weekend days.
      • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
      • Possess a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.
      • Demonstrated leadership abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
