What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make real-time decisions to allocate resources effectively
- Manage team members to ensure excellent customer service and care
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in ongoing education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work various shifts

- Experience in a supervisory role within a retail or service environment
- Familiarity with moving and storage equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
