Your Profile
Required - Qualification and Experience:
Qualification
Degree in any branch of Engineering with Post diploma/ advance diploma in industrial safety full time course approved by state council with 5+years of work experience in EHS space.
Certified / Lead auditor/ internal auditor in EMS and OHSAS Management system
Knowlegdge of read/ write and speaking state language ( Kanada) is must.
Experience In Process industry,solvent extraction plant,chemical Industry and Petrochemical industry and Food Process industry.
This position has an active, hands-on involvement in the day-to-day activities, long-term planning as well as all aspects of safety, quality, production, plant goals, cost management and employee development for the prep and extraction department.
Functional Skills:
Provide training on safety policies, regulations, and procedures ,Conduct risk assessments before starting new projects and monitor for hazards.
Assist with annual workplace inspections and ensure compliance with regulations , Develop and update emergency response plans.
Assist with investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent them Maintain accurate and current records of accidents, injuries, and training ,Purchase safety equipment for employees.
Incident investigation, Training, Effective communication / Lead by example Knowledge for all statutory compliance requirements related to Environment, Health and safety.
Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols and procedures ,Advise management on safety issues and compliance.
Prepare and file reports for accidents and other safety breaches Conduct safety orientation training programs for new hires Manage safety incentive bonus programs , Recommend and enforce disciplinary actions against safety policy violators.
Creating and implementing strategies for sustainable development, waste reduction, and resource conservation.
Ensuring that the organization complies with environmental laws and regulations.
Preparing compliance reports for regulators, which may include analysing environmental monitoring data.
Knowledge About HAZOP study, Management of change and conduct PSSR.#IncludingYou
