What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in planning and executing unique, large-scale consumer and retailer trade events
- Manage all logistics for consumer and retailer trade events, ensuring flawless execution
- Travel to events for onsite execution and support
- Analyze and recap events with actionable insights for future improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance event planning and execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in marketing within the beauty sector and/or event management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
- Experience in executing in-person events such as pop-ups and trade shows
