What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in deposit operations within a financial institution
- Advanced knowledge of card industry regulations, compliance, and security standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with team members and other departments
- Ability to stay compliant with regulatory requirements through ongoing training and self-development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related degree
- Experience with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and National Automated Clearinghouse Association rules
