What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence
- Allocate time and resources effectively for various projects
- Manage team members to ensure excellent customer service and first impressions
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in ongoing education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
- Familiarity with U-Haul equipment and services
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience with training and mentoring team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to equipment and machinery
