What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make real-time decisions to allocate time and resources to various projects
- Manage team members to ensure excellent customer service and care
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in ongoing training through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail or another service industry
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficient in computer and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) and available to work weekends and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous leadership experience in any capacity
- Experience with customer service in the moving and storage industry
