What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of Technicians supporting multiple underwriting departments with submission clearance and policy processing
- Monitor and review referral queues and reports to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Collaborate with management to develop and enforce workflow procedures and departmental priorities
- Conduct performance management duties, including setting goals and delivering feedback
- Train and mentor new and existing technicians while assisting with departmental responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of one year of property and casualty (P&C) insurance experience required
- Minimum of three years of professional experience required
- Minimum of one year of management experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Associate's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
