What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make real-time decisions to allocate time and resources effectively
- Manage and assign team members to ensure high-quality customer service
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in continuous education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a management or supervisory role
- Knowledge of U-Haul equipment and services
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (minimum of 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with safety practices in a work environment
