What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make timely decisions to allocate resources and manage team tasks
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive first impression for clients
- Perform miscellaneous duties, including installation of equipment such as hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in continuous education and training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work various shifts as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Familiarity with moving and transportation industry practices
- Experience with equipment installation or similar technical tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a retail or operational setting
