What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence
- Make decisions to allocate time and resources effectively
- Manage team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in ongoing education through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work various shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role
- Familiarity with moving equipment and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
