What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily operations of the center in the absence of the General Manager
- Make real-time decisions regarding time and resource allocation for projects
- Manage and assign tasks to team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers
- Engage in continuous education and training through U-Haul University
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any capacity
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Background in the moving or transportation industry
- Knowledge of basic mechanical tasks and vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a retail or operational environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
