      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day clinical operations of the unit, including staffing, payroll, budgets, and quality improvement
      - Develop and implement action plans for staff development and performance improvement
      - Monitor personnel allocation and utilization to meet patient needs effectively
      - Supervise daily operations, including human resources management and safety programs
      - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and resolve patient/family concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience required
      - Minimum two (2) years of experience as a charge nurse, preceptor, or in a related leadership role
      - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; High school diploma or GED required
      - Current Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
      - Evidence of training completion as a preceptor or charge nurse

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ACLS certification strongly preferred
      - Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
