What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate activities of the patient care team and monitor the quality of care delivered during shifts
- Support the organization's customer-centric service program by addressing patient, family, and physician concerns
- Assess, coach, and evaluate staff’s level of clinical practice and ensure compliance with competencies
- Maintain effective communication with nursing staff and coordinate with physicians for patient care planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; BSN must be obtained within three years of hire
- Minimum of three years of direct care RN nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Professional certification in either a clinical or leadership specialty within two years of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field within five years of hire
- Charge nurse or supervisory experience
- Membership in a professional organization within three months of hire
