- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels

- Assist in managing the logistical aspects of terminal operations
- Monitor key performance indicators and help implement strategies for operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of professional security experience, preferably in the maritime industry
- Knowledge and understanding of Guest Port Services and Port Operations
- Certification in basic first aid and CPR
- Ability to obtain a TWIC and Port Miami ID
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent customer service abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in facility management and crisis response
- Basic technical knowledge of automated systems related to facility operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
