      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Approve daily invoices and ensure the accuracy of accounts payables
      - Prepare tenant bill-backs, TI reimbursement, and check requests
      - Assist with property inspections and tenant move-in/move-out walkthroughs
      - Support the Manager with various reporting needs and property management issues
      - Maintain properties in the Yardi Elevate system for service calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent 2+ years of commercial property management experience
      - Experience in budgeting and CAM reconciliation processes
      - Proven ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Proficiency in maintaining complex spreadsheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Yardi software or similar property management systems
      - Knowledge of legal notices and property management compliance
      - Familiarity with vendor bidding and contract agreements
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment
      - Experience in a fast-paced, growing company
