      HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

      Content Creation:

      • Working closely with the art directors, creative studio and head of creative production on

      Bringing the concept come to live

      • Depending on the size and nature of the shoot, producing in-house or working closely with external production freelancers or agencies
      • Negotiating all aspects of the shooting production with agents and suppliers
      • Support with in-house casting or managing external casting director
      • Managing flow of samples closely with the showroom and stylist
      • Making sure the shootings run smoothly – attend all shoots
      • Managing all aspects of post-production: retouchers management and creative studio follow ups
      • Support in all contracts, usage right negotiations, payment follow ups and various admin tasks

      Styling & Fashion Show:

      • Support in all showroom preparation for styling meetings
      • Booking of fit models, seamstresses and all required talents
      • Managing flow of samples & looks closely with the showroom and stylist
      • Support in managing casting process & model flow
      • Support in helping the Head of Brand Image in the booking of all the talents (HMUP, photographers, etc) for the show/ presentation in London
      • Managing content creation during show

      E-commerce Photography Production:

      • Negotiate all aspects of the shooting production and art buying with talents and agents
      • Support with in-house casting or managing external casting director
      • Manage the ecommerce photography product tracker and the flow of samples closely with the digital and showroom teams
      • Organisation of the styling days
      • Attend the e-commerce shoots and manage product-related and shoot-production requests
      • Manage the tracking of all shot products / coordination with the digital team, creative services & retouchers
      • Coordinate post production and delivery of assets to the Digital Team
      • Management of budget, invoicing and timings

      Showrooms:

      • Negotiate all aspects of the showroom production
      • Support with in-house casting of fittings models
      • Manage external suppliers, i.e., catering, crew, florists, etc

      HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

      • Strong experience in stills and film production, minimum 3 years / in-house or agency
      • Strong experience with either fashion or luxury lifestyle brands. (In-house is desirable, but agency experience is also sufficient)
      • Able to manage very small budget or large production shoots
      • Extensive contacts in the industry
      • Experience with stakeholder management and communication on projects
      • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
      • Self-sufficient individual that works with energy and enthusiasm
      • Confident, calm and balanced under pressure
      • Experience using Keynote and InDesign is desirable, but not essential
