What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and organize the annual admissions process for the Master of Public Policy Program
- Advise students on course enrollment and degree requirements
- Teach the annual Capstone course and 1-2 additional courses per academic year
- Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with alumni and key stakeholders
- Manage administrative responsibilities including program reviews and accreditation processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in Economics, Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related social science field by the start date of appointment
- At least five years of experience working in higher education or the public sector
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Potential for high-quality instruction and mentoring at the graduate level
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and improve access to higher education

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
- Administrative experience in an academic setting
- Applied public policy experience in the public, private, or nonprofit sectors
