      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach introductory and advanced undergraduate courses, and possibly graduate courses, in exercise and sport psychology
      - Advise and mentor students in their academic and professional pursuits
      - Provide service relevant to the department, college, university, profession, and community
      - Contribute to intellectual activities within the department, enhancing the academic environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in kinesiology or a related field (or evidence that the doctoral degree will be completed prior to the start of the appointment)
      - Outstanding record in exercise and sport psychology
      - Evidence of commitment to high-caliber teaching
      - Record of formal and/or informal mentorship of students
      - Demonstrated ability to contribute to the department’s intellectual activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Record of service to the institution, the broader profession, and/or the community
      - Demonstrated commitment to building an equitable, diverse, and inclusive scholarly and instructional environment
      - Experience and/or plans to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the learning environment
