What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach and engage students in graduate-level courses and supervise applied practice experiences
- Collaborate in committee work and contribute to the growth and development of the College
- Implement the College’s philosophy and curriculum through various teaching methods
- Mentor students and faculty, promoting professional and social development
- Participate in professional activities outside the College and contribute to program evaluation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and a doctorate (Ph.D. or DSW) in social work or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of post-MSW experience in social work
- At least 2 years of ranked teaching experience at the position of Instructor or higher
- Previous online teaching experience
- Demonstrated potential for scholarly productivity and effective teaching in a diverse environment
