- Terminal degree in studio art or a closely related field
- Strong foundational skill in analog and digital photography
- Teaching experience at the college level
- Record of effectiveness in teaching/mentoring, creative scholarship, and service
- Ability to contribute to a positive and productive studio culture

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MFA with an emphasis in photography
- Strong advanced skills in analog and/or digital photography
- Experience in teaching at the college level
