What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach courses in the online Master of Social Work program according to approved curricular guidelines
- Engage in scholarly contributions aligned with the Boyer Model
- Participate in departmental and university-wide activities and committees
- Provide academic assistance and mentorship to students
- Conduct instructional development and other non-teaching responsibilities as outlined in the Faculty Handbook

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MSW degree from a CSWE accredited program
- Five or more years of post-MSW full-time practice experience
- LCSW or equivalent licensure designation in New York
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivity and diversity in social work practice
- Commitment to service within the program and the community

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- DSW or PhD from a regionally accredited institution
- Minimum of two years of higher education teaching experience at the Bachelor or Master level
- Experience with online course delivery and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with Council on Social Work Education's accreditation guidelines and standards
- Understanding of anti-racist practices and promoting inclusion in educational settings
